Short Term Achievable Goals

I was thinking that It would probably  be best for students to selecting some short term goals to acheive byt the end of the week in order to ensure the students definite emeasureable improvement.  Also imporving students awareness of their strengths and weeaknesses as a student.  Ultimately I feel that the student would gain a great deal of expeirence and knowledge from the acitivity
